It is not safe these days to save all your important data into a single folder.you need a Backup for sure in case you lose your data.Now, You can synchronize your folder with another Folder using the SyncFolder Application. You can synchronize the data as well as take the backup along with the locking facility , if u wish to hide the folder, you can even do that. There are some rules and options for synchronizing.
