Just upload the document the document and then convert , Save. There is an even an option of drag and drop method to upload the files.You can even simply get the converted files mailed to your mailbox once the conversion is completed using the option called " Mail me when it is finished", Or else you can save it into your cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive directly for which you have the options. You can even download the converted files onto your system. And the important thing is that your uploaded files will be fully confidential as those files will be deleted automatically once the conversion is completed.

In this example, I am considering two separate projects which are these two, One is master schedule and one is the subproject.
